Fault reporting subcategory is where user members should report issues that seem to require a tech response. It sits under the **Help** category and carries a tag **Timeframe-now**. The category is monitiored by `Tech circle`.

> Use this category also for ‘technical’ queries on admin issues, for example, handling of subscription payments, invoices, etc. Flag the circle (for example `org circle`)using a tag.
