# Important news about our recordings servers, and support reesources

Dear [meet.coop](http://meet.coop) supporters and users

As you are likely to be aware, last year we set up two recordings servers to enable everyone to access historic recordings of meetings, here:

- [https://recordings.de.meet.coop/](https://recordings.de.meet.coop/)

We are now planning to shut down these servers at the beginning of November 2026.  
Please ensure that any recordings that you require are downloaded in plenty of time.

We are aware that some users are still facing problems logging in. Please accept our apologies for these issues. We have applied resources to strengthen our capacity and capability to address and resolve these and other types of technical support problems/requests. If you are having issues logging in, or other issues with respect to your use of the service, please let us know by writing to [contact@meet.coop](mailto:contact@meet.coop) with details of the issue, and our team will do our utmost to resolve any issues you have.
