# Including Pru Waldorf as operational member

## Proposal
Given the selection of Pru Waldorf for the position of marketing lead, we should include her as operational member and lead of the Product and Services Strategy circle. That way she’ll be on an equal standing with the other ops members and can have access to all necessary resources in [meet.coop](http://meet.coop).
This vote will close in one week, i.e. 21 November 2022 9:00.

her selection doesn’t automatically mean she’s ops member; the very basic governance system we have in place does require a majority ops member vote to include a new ops member. So while it is a formality, it is an important one 🙂
