# Meet.coop rolls out Single Sign On

Hello [meet.coop](http://meet.coop) members!

We are rolling out some behind-the-scenes changes to The Online Meeting Co-operative next week.These changes will automate our new member sign-up processes, as well as how accounts are created and maintained.

These **changes will also affect existing members** – as we move over to the new system on **Monday, July 18th,** you will receive a series of emails prompting you to activate your account and reset your password. **This is a 3-stage process.** Here’s how it will work:

1. First, you will get this email:

> _Hello User Name,_
> 
> _To activate your [meet.coop](http://meet.coop) account you will need to reset your password by following this link:_ [_https://sso.meet.coop/realms/meet.coop/login-actions/reset-credentials?client\_id=account-console_](https://sso.meet.coop/realms/meet.coop/login-actions/reset-credentials?client_id=account-console)
> 
> _Thanks, [meet.coop](http://meet.coop)_

1. Once you follow the link to set up your account and enter your email, you will get a **password reset email** :

> _Someone just requested to change your [meet.coop](http://meet.coop) account’s credentials. If this was you, click on the link below to reset them._
> 
> _Link to reset credentials._
> 
> _This link will expire within 5 minutes._
> 
> _If you don’t want to reset your credentials, just ignore this message and nothing will be changed._

1. After that you will need to **verify the email:**

> _Someone has created a [meet.coop](http://meet.coop) account with this email address. If this was you, click the link below to verify your email address_
> 
> _Link to email address verification_
> 
> _This link will expire within 5 minutes._
> 
> _If you didn’t create this account, just ignore this message._

Depending on your email’s spam filter you might receive such system messages in your spam folder; so please keep an eye out.
