Hi folks,
I’m kawaiipunk (she/they), I’ve been contracted by @Graham to help out with meet dot coop. Firstly for 10 hours discovery phase and then hopefully on an ongoing basis. I am hoping to work on orga, sysadmin, finance and sales/marketing.
You may know me from Autonomic Co-operative where I am a founder member working away for eight years now. I was involved at the start of meet. coop and my fellow workers were involved for a while longer. We hosted a wiki for meet. coop for a while. I’m hoping this work will allow me to try new roles and keep things exciting while I work most of the week at Autonomic.
I’m really into the idea of “phoenix” co-operativism, that is to say taking an organisation that is in a lull and re-invigorating it. I hope we can do that here!

Hi @kawaiipunk good to have you helping out! I think the big job is updating BBB, Webarchitects does Nextcloud and Discourse updates, let me know if there are any issues for these things.

Oh dear, I never had access to `de.meet.coop` and I have just checked and I can’t SSH to `ca.meet.coop`, for the Canadian server you could ask Koumbit to root it if they don’t have access already?

I’m afraid my involvement had ceased before the German server was created, perhaps contact Hetzner to ask them to root it as they provide it?

I now have ssh/root access to `de.meet.coop` and `ca.meet.coop`. Will hopefully be getting access to `sso.meet.coop` soon.
I have started making a plan for getting everything upgraded asap. It’s very complicated however. There is a pad for that but it will have to be kept private for the moment due to it’s sensitive nature.
