Missing refund policy

We haven’t defined a refund policy AFAICT. We should state refund contitions in the service levels page in the wiki, and if possible in our opencollective page.

Our members don’t directly pay for a service, they make a contribution to the collective, so I’m not sure about fiscal/financial implications. Any ideas?

Having a refund policy is important. Since members contribute rather than paying for a service, think about when refunds would apply and how to handle them. For financial aspects, consider consulting a financial expert.
