We normally have no more than 7 people per meeting so are using the individual plan. But we have a one time meeting of 20 people coming up.
Will meet.coop prevent more than 10 people participants?
Should I temporary upgrade the pricing plan and then downgrade?
Can I do this by just adjusting the payment amount in Open Collective? Or do I need to do anything else?

My personal interpretation is, this one-time larger meeting comes under fair use. BBB won’t prevent a larger meeting. A one-off donation in OpenCollective might be a way to deal with this, we’d be grateful. ¿ @wouter @osb ? Thanks for your fair feeling @b5baxter it’s what we run on, here in the commons!

Thanks, Rob for your question. It is as Mike replied. Our Fair Use Policy is really a soft ceiling in terms of max number of participants. And our members normally make a one-off additional donation for such one-off situations. As a guiding principle: donate the difference of the service level you’d be needing. But you can do whatever is feasible for your group. Thanks for your generosity!
