Unable to download recording (404 error)

Hello,

I have recorded a group meeting in BBB succesfully but when clicking download I get a 404 error with an explaining message that suggests it has something to do with the Ubuntu OS I am using:

# 404 Not Found

nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)

I am using Ubuntu 20.04 and Firefox browser.

Do you know how to fix this?

thanks @jens_consul for reporting the download error.
For the tech people, cc @gcotnoir , I looked into this for Jens and of the three options for recorded videos, in the Greenlight interface, the second option gives a 404. So if we take Jens case: but take out the reference hash number of the recording session it gives three playback & download options:

• Playback

• https://bbb.de.meet.coop/download/presentation/xxx-yyy/xxx-yyy.mp4

• https://bbb.de.meet.coop/presentation/xxx-yyy/meeting.mp4

and only the first and third option are viewable. Can you please look into this?
