BigBlueButton 2.3 for Ubuntu 18.04 has been released!

When will Meet.coop servers get updated?!? (there are LOADS of great improvement in this release)

Hi Yurko! Great to hear that we’re moving to 2.3. Is there a timeline for this?

We have let 2.3 settle a bit first with bug fixes and such. We are following the lead of some members that have been testing out the software on their own platforms as well.

Our goal is to keep thing as stable as possible for our members.

As I understand it, there are some “bug fixes” that have happened in 2.3 that we were taking advantage of as well.

So as things stand right now, we I currently have no timeline for deployment of 2.3, but i’d like to start doing some test deploys internally.

This sounds like a game-changer for facilitation. Very excited!

@Yurko let me know if there’s any way I can help with testing.
