Is there any difference between my room and yours? Does BBB see any difference between your account and mine?

Iām sure your busy working on getting the sever tweaked just right (coz I keep spotting it go down for a few seconds) ā¦ but can u make me / us Admins soonā¦? We need to be able to invite people / change settings.
Alo there a way to get the room to save presentations, so that we can upload these beforehand and know they are in place and ready to go? I thought it did this automatically but the presentations which I uploaded this morning were gone when I booted up the meeting room again this afternoonā¦ maybe that was just because you are still tweaking things?

Indeed, as you noticed I have just done some updates on ca.meet.coop, @wouter is probably the best person to make the Open2020 groups and roles and promote your accounts ā I havenāt played with that aspect of Greenlight.
Iām also going to update the other servers now as well.
I have opened an issue for the presentations persisting in rooms, I donāt know the answer that:

@wouter please let us know when this might be ready because we are waiting to be able to use https://ca.meet.coop as if we were an event attendee, so we can make a How To video to send to all ticket holders - we really want to get this out today if possibleā¦ so it would be good if we could make the UI exactly like it will look for the users. so that means at least these 3 things I think:
- Hide the shared notes
- Change the welcome message - and hide the link to join the room
- Enable us as Admin - so we can make it possible for users to join with just a passcode (i.e. without needing to register on Green Light)

this morning I upgraded your accounts to Admins. This means that you can invite users, in comma separated fashion and theyāll get an invite mail, register and need to validate their account. All admins get an email notification when invited users have gone through that process.
Mike I just opened a room (as admin user, as you are now, but that shouldnāt make any difference) opted to include an external video stream and pasted in the Youtube link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NoV3XYqPG_0) and it started showing straight away. Could you try again?
Thankx @wouter. In todayās team rehearsal in the main conference room, video streaming worked fine. So whatever the problem was in my own room earlier, it seems not to be present in the conference situation.

Iāve just updated the text on the front page of ca.meet.coop to read:
This server is currently configured for Open2020. This server is hosted by The Online Meeting Co-operative, a co-operative, open source, meeting and conferencing platform, powered by BigBlueButton and by people and organisations who contribute time, servers and money to make this happen. You can create your own rooms to host sessions, or join others using a short and convenient link. You can get involved with our co-op and find support in our forum.
But perhaps that isnāt the best Open2020 link to use for the front page?
