Recordings are downloadable again

the last weeks we have had several members observing that the recordings could be viewed in presentation form but could not be downloaded. At least not the recent recordings.

This issue has been resolved by our tech.circle and all recordings should be downloadable again.

Hello,

I have just this problem: recorded a meeting succesfully but when clicking download I get a 404 error with an explaining message that suggests it has something to do with the Ubuntu OS:

404 Not Found

nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)

Do you know how to fix this?
