Role that can do anything EXCEPT close the meeting

At Agaric we like to give everyone the most power possible— so sure, let people join as moderators so they can share screen and all that.

We also very much dislike losing notes. Is it possible in Big Blue Button to give call joiners a role that can do everything except “End Meeting” (which force closes the chat/notes for everyone)?

afaik the problem with having the meeting closed unwittingly can’t be avoided, with the present definition of roles in BBB. That is ‘moderator’ (as many of these as you like) and ‘presenter’ (just one of these at a time). I see what you mean though, would be nice.
